This page explains what information Mac Smart TV collects through https://macsmarttv.com, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Contact and support: the name, email, phone number and message you give us on the contact page, or send us by text, call or email.
• Orders and billing: payments are made on our secure payment pages (pay.macsmarttv.com), which are run by our payment processor. We never see or keep your full card number. We keep what we need to run your service: your package, device, connection count and payment status.

How we use it

To answer you, set up and support your service, send billing and account notices, and keep our records. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you give a phone number and check the optional text-message box on the contact form, Mac Smart TV may text you account, billing and customer care messages. We keep a record that you checked it, when, and from where. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and we never share or sell text-message consent or phone numbers for marketing. Who can see it

Our team, and the service providers that help us run payments, email and hosting, only as needed to do that job. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
