These terms are the agreement between you and Mac Smart TV for the service and devices offered at https://macsmarttv.com. By paying for or using the service you accept them.

The service

Mac Smart TV packages are prepaid and run month to month; you can cancel any time. Prices, connection counts and what is included are shown on the Package Pricing page. Content availability, taxes, device compatibility and setup requirements may vary. No sports league, TV network, studio or device-maker affiliation is implied unless authorized.

Payments

You pay on our secure online payment pages. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. Taxes are added where the law requires.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for your own household or business, only as many simultaneous connections as you paid for, and in line with the law. We may pause service that breaks these terms.

Text messages

If you check the optional box on our contact form, you agree to receive account, billing and customer care text messages from Mac Smart TV at the number you give. Checking it is never required to use the service or to send the form. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help; message and data rates may apply and frequency varies.
